Cold biscuit layer dessert
ingredients
- Biscuits: as needed
- Cream: 3 tablespoons (chantilly cream)
- Vanilla: as desired
- Strawberry: 4 pieces
- Peach: 1 piece
- Mango: half a grain
- Apple: 1 piece (small size)
- Sugar: to taste (cocoa sugar)
- Cocoa: as desired
- Milk: as needed
how to prepare
- Crumble the biscuits, add milk, cocoa and sugar, stir and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cut the fruits that you have available into small pieces, put a spoonful of sugar on them, stir, and then
- leave them for some time.
- Put two tablespoons of Chantilly cream, sugar and milk, mix and leave the mixture in the refrigerator
- until it hardens.
- We prepare the cups, then put the biscuit layer, then the Chantilly cream, then the fruits, then repeat the layers until the cups are full, put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve them cold.
