Coconut meat curry

 





Ingredients

  • Veal: 500 grams (cut into cubes / boiled)
  • Potato: 2 tablets (cut into cubes)
  • Peas: a cup (boiled)
  • Carrots: a cup (diced and boiled)
  • Onion: 1 piece (chopped into large cubes)
  • Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
  • Meat broth: a cup
  • Coconut milk: a cup
  • Curry powder: 3 tablespoons
  • Butter: 20 grams
  • Green coriander: 1/4 cup (chopped / for garnish)





How to prepare

  • Put the butter in a saucepan on the fire, add the chopped onion and my heart.


  • Add the potatoes, then the peas, carrots, garlic, and stir.


  • Add the curry and meat and stir, then add the meat broth, cover the pot and leave for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.


  • Add the coconut milk and let it boil for 3 minutes.


  • Pour the mixture, garnish with chopped coriander and serve with white rice.
