Yogurt salad for biryani

 




Ingredients


  • Yogurt milk: 2 cups
  • Cucumber: 2 tablets (grated)
  • Carrots: 1 piece (grated)
  • Onions: 2 tablespoons (grated)
  • Tomato: 1 piece (grated)
  • Garlic: clove (chopped)
  • Sugar: a teaspoon
  • Black pepper: a pinch
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablet
  • Salt, to taste






How to prepare


  • Put the yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl, and mix the ingredients with sugar, salt, and black pepper, then mix the ingredients well until they are homogeneous with each other.


  • Add to the yogurt mixture, cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, onions, and carrots, then stir the ingredients well until they overlap.


  • Serve the salad on your trip along with biryani dishes.
