Yogurt salad for biryani
Ingredients
- Yogurt milk: 2 cups
- Cucumber: 2 tablets (grated)
- Carrots: 1 piece (grated)
- Onions: 2 tablespoons (grated)
- Tomato: 1 piece (grated)
- Garlic: clove (chopped)
- Sugar: a teaspoon
- Black pepper: a pinch
- Lemon juice: 1 tablet
- Salt, to taste
How to prepare
- Put the yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl, and mix the ingredients with sugar, salt, and black pepper, then mix the ingredients well until they are homogeneous with each other.
- Add to the yogurt mixture, cucumbers, tomatoes, garlic, onions, and carrots, then stir the ingredients well until they overlap.
