Cinnabon Crispy Roll

 



Ingredients

Cinnabon dough:

  • Milk: a cup and a quarter (warm)
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Yeast: a tablespoon
  • Eggs: 1 piece
  • Cream: baguette
  • Butter: half a stick
  • Flour: 3 cups


Cinnabon filling:

  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (for decoration)





How to prepare

  • Put the milk, sugar, yeast, eggs, powdered cream and butter in a bowl and mix, then add the flour and knead to form a homogeneous dough, then set aside, cover and leave for an hour to ferment.


  • Roll out the dough with a pinch of flour in a rectangle shape and cut the edges.


  • Grease it with butter and distribute sugar and cinnamon.


  • Start rolling the edge of the dough over the filling in the form of a roll and cut it after completion into equal-sized pieces.


  • Put the pieces on a tray lined with parchment paper and put them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.


  • Garnish with Cinnabon sweetened condensed milk, if desired.
