Ingredients
Cinnabon dough:
- Milk: a cup and a quarter (warm)
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Yeast: a tablespoon
- Eggs: 1 piece
- Cream: baguette
- Butter: half a stick
- Flour: 3 cups
Cinnabon filling:
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
- Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (for decoration)
How to prepare
- Put the milk, sugar, yeast, eggs, powdered cream and butter in a bowl and mix, then add the flour and knead to form a homogeneous dough, then set aside, cover and leave for an hour to ferment.
- Roll out the dough with a pinch of flour in a rectangle shape and cut the edges.
- Grease it with butter and distribute sugar and cinnamon.
- Start rolling the edge of the dough over the filling in the form of a roll and cut it after completion into equal-sized pieces.
- Put the pieces on a tray lined with parchment paper and put them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Garnish with Cinnabon sweetened condensed milk, if desired.
