Fattoush with toasted bread
Ingredients
- Tomato: 1 piece (chopped)
- Cucumber: 1 piece (chopped)
- Radish: 1 grain (chopped)
- Lettuce: a cup
- Mint: a tablespoon
- Lemon juice: a quarter of a cup
- Pomegranate molasses: 2 tablespoons
- Sumac: a sprinkle
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Bread: a loaf (cut into squares and toasted)
- Salt, to taste
- Green Onion: Agarwood (chopped)
How to prepare
- Coarsely chop the lettuce and mint and put them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cucumber, tomato, radish and green onion, mix all the ingredients and stir until they overlap.
- Season the fattoush with lemon juice, olive oil, add salt, sumac and stir the vegetables until the flavors are homogeneous and distributed.
- Pour the fattoush in a serving dish, spread the toasted bread and pomegranate molasses on top, and serve the fattoush immediately.
