Fattoush with toasted bread

 



Ingredients

  • Tomato: 1 piece (chopped)
  • Cucumber: 1 piece (chopped)
  • Radish: 1 grain (chopped)
  • Lettuce: a cup
  • Mint: a tablespoon
  • Lemon juice: a quarter of a cup
  • Pomegranate molasses: 2 tablespoons
  • Sumac: a sprinkle
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Bread: a loaf (cut into squares and toasted)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Green Onion: Agarwood (chopped)





How to prepare

  • Coarsely chop the lettuce and mint and put them in a mixing bowl.


  • Add the cucumber, tomato, radish and green onion, mix all the ingredients and stir until they overlap.


  • Season the fattoush with lemon juice, olive oil, add salt, sumac and stir the vegetables until the flavors are homogeneous and distributed.


  • Pour the fattoush in a serving dish, spread the toasted bread and pomegranate molasses on top, and serve the fattoush immediately.
