Raspberry cake with cream cheese coating

 


Ingredients

For cake:

  • Red berries: 1 cup (fresh)
  • Eggs: 3 pcs
  • Vanilla: a teaspoon
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Butter: 1 cup (melted)
  • sugar: a cup
  • Milk: half a cup
  • Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Baking soda: half a teaspoon


For packing:

  • Cream cheese: 1 pack (soft at room temperature)
  • Powdered sugar: three quarters of a cup




How to prepare

  • Beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until the mixture is light in color and creamy.


  • Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and milk and mix until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous.


  • Grease a cake pan with butter and a pinch of flour, pour half the cake mixture, add the berries, then add the remaining half of the cake mix.


  • Put the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes until it is done, then remove it from the oven, leave it to cool and transfer it to a serving plate.


  • Beat cream cheese with icing sugar until smooth, spread on cake, garnish with fresh berries and serve.
