Ingredients
For cake:
- Red berries: 1 cup (fresh)
- Eggs: 3 pcs
- Vanilla: a teaspoon
- Flour: 2 cups
- Butter: 1 cup (melted)
- sugar: a cup
- Milk: half a cup
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Baking soda: half a teaspoon
For packing:
- Cream cheese: 1 pack (soft at room temperature)
- Powdered sugar: three quarters of a cup
How to prepare
- Beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until the mixture is light in color and creamy.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and milk and mix until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous.
- Grease a cake pan with butter and a pinch of flour, pour half the cake mixture, add the berries, then add the remaining half of the cake mix.
- Put the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes until it is done, then remove it from the oven, leave it to cool and transfer it to a serving plate.
- Beat cream cheese with icing sugar until smooth, spread on cake, garnish with fresh berries and serve.
