potato ball tray
Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 2 breasts
- Potatoes: 4 (large size)
- Cream: can
- Cream cheese: 2 tablespoons (soft)
- Garlic: cloves
- Carrots: 1 piece (grated)
- Mayonnaise: a tablespoon
- Onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- Bay leaf: 1 sheet
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Hill: 3 grains
- Salt, to taste
- Chicken broth: half a cube
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
How to prepare
- Put the chicken breasts in a pot on the fire, and boil them with bay leaf, cardamom, and black pepper.
- After the chicken is done, remove it and cut it into medium-sized pieces, and set it aside.
- Boil the potatoes and mash them with black pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
- Make balls of mashed potatoes and set aside.
- Put the olive oil in a frying pan on the fire and fry the onions until soft, then add the garlic and half the chicken broth cube.
- Add the pulled chicken to the onions and stir, then add the carrots and stir until the carrots soften a little, then remove the pan from the heat.
- Prepare a tray for the oven, put the cooked chicken in the bottom of the tray, then add the potato balls.
- In a bowl, mix the cream with the cream cheese and a pinch of salt and pour the mixture over the potato balls.
- Put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, red face, and serve hot.
