Ingredients
- Cabbage: half a head
- Soy sauce: a quarter cup
- Brown sugar: a quarter cup
- Rice vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- Raisins: half a cup (white)
How to prepare
- Cut the cabbage into thin slices, mix with soy sauce, sugar and vinegar, and simmer for 10 minutes, until the cabbage wilts and reduces in size.
- Garnish with raisins as you wish.
