Cabbage salad with soy sauce

 



Ingredients

  • Cabbage: half a head
  • Soy sauce: a quarter cup
  • Brown sugar: a quarter cup
  • Rice vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Raisins: half a cup (white)




How to prepare

  • Cut the cabbage into thin slices, mix with soy sauce, sugar and vinegar, and simmer for 10 minutes, until the cabbage wilts and reduces in size.


  • Garnish with raisins as you wish.
