Ingredients

  • Mango: cup (chopped)
  • Pineapple: a cup (chopped)
  • Banana: 1 piece (chopped)
  • Orange juice: a glass
  • Yogurt: a cup
  • Honey: a tablespoon




How to prepare

  • Put the banana, pineapple, mango, orange juice and honey yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.


  • Pour the mixture into glasses, garnish with your favorite fruits, and serve immediately.
