Chicken with garlic and lemon
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs: 6 pieces
- Flour: half a cup
- Potatoes: 4 grains (cut into circles)
- Garlic: 2 tablespoons (crushed)
- Lemon juice: 3 tablets
- Bay leaves: 2 sheets
- Cardamom: a teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 3 sticks
- Turmeric: a teaspoon
- Chicken seasoning: a teaspoon
- White pepper: a teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon (ground)
- Chicken broth: a cup
- Barbecue sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Green coriander: 2 tablespoons
- - Salt, to taste
- - Black pepper to taste
How to prepare
- Wash the chicken well and rub it with flour, then add turmeric and white pepper.
- In a suitable bowl, put the oil, bay leaf, cardamom and cinnamon sticks.
- Leave the spices a little to toast, then add the chicken.
- Stir the chicken well until it changes color, then add the water until the chicken is covered.
- Season with chicken spices, ground cinnamon, BBQ, black pepper and salt.
- Place the fried potatoes in the bottom of an oven tray.
- Put the chicken pieces after boiling on top of the potatoes.
- Add garlic, lemon juice and chicken broth after filtering.
- Put the tray in a preheated oven on a medium heat until the chicken is cooked.
- Garnish the dish with chopped green coriander and serve hot.
