Chicken with garlic and lemon

 



Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs: 6 pieces
  • Flour: half a cup
  • Potatoes: 4 grains (cut into circles)
  • Garlic: 2 tablespoons (crushed)
  • Lemon juice: 3 tablets
  • Bay leaves: 2 sheets
  • Cardamom: a teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: 3 sticks
  • Turmeric: a teaspoon
  • Chicken seasoning: a teaspoon
  • White pepper: a teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon (ground)
  • Chicken broth: a cup
  • Barbecue sauce: 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Green coriander: 2 tablespoons
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - Black pepper to taste



How to prepare

  • Wash the chicken well and rub it with flour, then add turmeric and white pepper.


  • In a suitable bowl, put the oil, bay leaf, cardamom and cinnamon sticks.


  • Leave the spices a little to toast, then add the chicken.


  • Stir the chicken well until it changes color, then add the water until the chicken is covered.


  • Season with chicken spices, ground cinnamon, BBQ, black pepper and salt.


  • Place the fried potatoes in the bottom of an oven tray.


  • Put the chicken pieces after boiling on top of the potatoes.


  • Add garlic, lemon juice and chicken broth after filtering.


  • Put the tray in a preheated oven on a medium heat until the chicken is cooked.


  • Garnish the dish with chopped green coriander and serve hot.
