Luxurious coffee dessert
Ingredients
- Vegetable ghee: half a cup
- Vegetable oil: half a cup
- Powdered sugar: half a cup
- Cocoa: 3 and a half tablespoons
- Instant coffee: half a tablespoon
- Flour: 3 cups
- Blossom water: half a tablespoon
How to prepare
- Mix the ghee, oil, powdered sugar, cocoa and coffee in a bowl with your hands.
- Add the flour and rose water and mix again until you get a smooth homogeneous mixture.
- Make small coffee beans and make a streak on each bean with a sharp knife.
- Arrange the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cover and place in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to medium heat and bake the desserts for about 15 minutes, until slightly browned.
- Remove the tray from the oven and let the berries cool completely, then serve.
