Luxurious coffee dessert

 



Ingredients

  • Vegetable ghee: half a cup
  • Vegetable oil: half a cup
  • Powdered sugar: half a cup
  • Cocoa: 3 and a half tablespoons
  • Instant coffee: half a tablespoon
  • Flour: 3 cups
  • Blossom water: half a tablespoon




How to prepare


  • Mix the ghee, oil, powdered sugar, cocoa and coffee in a bowl with your hands.


  • Add the flour and rose water and mix again until you get a smooth homogeneous mixture.


  • Make small coffee beans and make a streak on each bean with a sharp knife.


  • Arrange the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cover and place in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.


  • Preheat the oven to medium heat and bake the desserts for about 15 minutes, until slightly browned.


  • Remove the tray from the oven and let the berries cool completely, then serve.
