Seabass
Ingredients
- Fish: 1 piece (sea bass / whole fish / large / washed)
- Potatoes: 2 tablets (sliced)
- Lemon: 2 tablets (slices)
- Onion: 1 piece (sliced)
- Green pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Garlic: 5 cloves
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Cumin: a teaspoon
- Coriander: a teaspoon
- Paprika: a teaspoon
- Salt: a teaspoon
How to prepare
- Season the fish with salt, paprika, coriander, cumin, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and chopped pepper.
- In a tray, put the potato slices, then the lemon slices, and the onion slices.
- Put the fish on top of the vegetables.
- Put chopped parsley on the face.
- Put the tray in the oven until the fish is cooked.
