Seabass


 

Ingredients

  • Fish: 1 piece (sea bass / whole fish / large / washed) 
  • Potatoes: 2 tablets (sliced) 
  • Lemon: 2 tablets (slices) 
  • Onion: 1 piece (sliced) 
  • Green pepper: 1 piece (chopped) 
  • Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons 
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons 
  • Garlic: 5 cloves 
  • Parsley: 2 tablespoons (chopped) 
  • Cumin: a teaspoon 
  • Coriander: a teaspoon 
  • Paprika: a teaspoon 
  • Salt: a teaspoon 




How to prepare

  • Season the fish with salt, paprika, coriander, cumin, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and chopped pepper.

  • In a tray, put the potato slices, then the lemon slices, and the onion slices.

  • Put the fish on top of the vegetables.

  • Put chopped parsley on the face.

  • Put the tray in the oven until the fish is cooked.
