steaks for diet
Ingredients
- Steak: 2 slices
- Garlic: cloves (crushed)
- Milk: can (small size / yoghurt)
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
- White vinegar: a tablespoon
- Orange juice: 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil: a tablespoon
How to prepare
- Rinse the two steaks well with water, then drain them well.
- On a clean surface, pound the steaks with a kitchen pestle until they lift slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix the buttermilk, black pepper, vinegar, oil, orange juice and mashed garlic, and stir well all the ingredients for the seasoning until they are completely homogeneous.
- Dip the steaks in the marinade on all sides and leave them in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and roast them in a wide, non-stick frying pan over a low heat with drops of olive oil, and stir until cooked, then add a pinch of salt.
- Transfer the steak slices to a serving plate.
