Ingredients

  • Steak: 2 slices
  • Garlic: cloves (crushed)
  • Milk: can (small size / yoghurt)
  • Salt: half a teaspoon
  • Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • White vinegar: a tablespoon
  • Orange juice: 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: a tablespoon




How to prepare

  • Rinse the two steaks well with water, then drain them well.


  • On a clean surface, pound the steaks with a kitchen pestle until they lift slightly.


  • In a large bowl, mix the buttermilk, black pepper, vinegar, oil, orange juice and mashed garlic, and stir well all the ingredients for the seasoning until they are completely homogeneous.


  • Dip the steaks in the marinade on all sides and leave them in the refrigerator for at least two hours.


  • Remove the steaks from the marinade and roast them in a wide, non-stick frying pan over a low heat with drops of olive oil, and stir until cooked, then add a pinch of salt.


  • Transfer the steak slices to a serving plate.
