Ingredients
- Flour: 2 cups
- Baking powder: a tablespoon
- Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Eggs: 2 tablets
- Vanilla: a teaspoon
- Milk: a cup and a half (liquid)
- Vegetable oil: a quarter cup
How to prepare
- In a mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients, eggs, vanilla, and milk, until combined.
- Form a hole in the center of the dry ingredients, add the liquid ingredients, and mix continuously until the ingredients are well combined and homogeneous.
- Pour the vegetable oil over the ingredients and mix until you get a creamy mixture.
- Prepare the waffle machine, put a small amount of the waffle dough previously prepared in the machine, then leave the dough until it is fully cooked.
- Repeat the previous step until the quantity runs out.
- Put the waffles on a serving plate, and decorate as desired.
