Chocolate and strawberry mousse

 



Ingredients

  • White chocolate: 250 grams (melted)
  • Cooking cream: 300 grams (warm)
  • Whipping cream: 200 gr
  • Strawberry: 250 grams
  • Sugar: 50 gm
  • Lemon juice: 3 teaspoons
  • Strawberry: cup (for garnish)




How to prepare

  • In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate and the warm cream until the mixture is homogeneous.


  • Add whipping cream while continuing to stir.


  • The mousse is divided into glasses and left in the refrigerator.


  • In a saucepan on the fire, put the strawberries, sugar and a cup of water and leave until boiling, then reduce the heat, and leave the mixture for an additional 5 minutes.


  • Beat the strawberry mixture in the electric mixer, then pour it evenly over the face of the mousse and decorate with the right strawberry pieces.


  • Serve cold.
