Ingredients
- Butter: a cup
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Flour: two and a quarter cups
- Eggs: 2 tablets
- Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
- Sodium bicarbonate: a teaspoon
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Chocolate chips: 2 cups
How to prepare
- Heat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius.
- Whisk butter and honey in a bowl.
- Start adding the eggs and vanilla extract and beat again until the ingredients are combined.
- Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a second bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the liquid and mix with a large wooden spoon.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Start forming cookies in the shape and thickness you want on two oven trays.
- Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes, then let them cool to room temperature, then serve.
