Ingredients

  • Butter: a cup
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons
  • Flour: two and a quarter cups
  • Eggs: 2 tablets
  • Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
  • Sodium bicarbonate: a teaspoon
  • Salt: half a teaspoon
  • Chocolate chips: 2 cups



How to prepare

  • Heat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius.


  • Whisk butter and honey in a bowl.


  • Start adding the eggs and vanilla extract and beat again until the ingredients are combined.


  • Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a second bowl.


  • Add the dry ingredients to the liquid and mix with a large wooden spoon.


  • Finally, add the chocolate chips to the bowl and mix until well combined.


  • Start forming cookies in the shape and thickness you want on two oven trays.


  • Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes, then let them cool to room temperature, then serve.
