Roasted red pepper salad

 



Ingredients

  • Colored pepper: 6 pcs
  • Garlic: clove (chopped)
  • Olive oil: a tablespoon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper to taste




How to prepare

  • Grease a baking tray with olive oil and put pepper on its sides.


  • Put the peppers in the oven on high heat until roasted for 20 minutes.


  • Lift the baking sheet and wrap the pepper half a turn, then put it in the oven again for 20 minutes.


  • Make sure the peppers are completely roasted.


  •  Remove the baking tray from the oven, clean the peppers from the seeds, then peel them.


  • Cut the peppers into thin slices and place the slices in a medium salad bowl.


  • Add the minced garlic, olive oil, and salt to the roasted peppers.


  • Stir the power until well mixed.


  • Cover the salad bowl, put it in the fridge, and leave the peppers to marinate for several hours.
