Roasted red pepper salad
Ingredients
- Colored pepper: 6 pcs
- Garlic: clove (chopped)
- Olive oil: a tablespoon
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper to taste
How to prepare
- Grease a baking tray with olive oil and put pepper on its sides.
- Put the peppers in the oven on high heat until roasted for 20 minutes.
- Lift the baking sheet and wrap the pepper half a turn, then put it in the oven again for 20 minutes.
- Make sure the peppers are completely roasted.
- Remove the baking tray from the oven, clean the peppers from the seeds, then peel them.
- Cut the peppers into thin slices and place the slices in a medium salad bowl.
- Add the minced garlic, olive oil, and salt to the roasted peppers.
- Stir the power until well mixed.
- Cover the salad bowl, put it in the fridge, and leave the peppers to marinate for several hours.
