Double Chocolate Cookies

 



Ingredients

  • Butter: 200 gr
  • Brown sugar: a quarter of a cup
  • Sugar: 1/4 cup (white)
  • Eggs: 1 piece
  • Vanilla: a tablespoon
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Baking soda: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • Cocoa: 3 tablespoons
  • Chocolate chips: 1/4 cup




How to prepare

  • Beat the butter in a bowl, using an electric mixer.


  • Add the vanilla, eggs, white and brown sugar and mix well.


  • Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and chocolate chips to the mixture, and mix the ingredients well until you have a cohesive mixture.


  • Shape the cookie dough into medium-sized pieces and place them on an oven tray lined with butter paper.


  • Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are cooked.


  • Leave the cookies to cool well and then serve.
