Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- Butter: 200 gr
- Brown sugar: a quarter of a cup
- Sugar: 1/4 cup (white)
- Eggs: 1 piece
- Vanilla: a tablespoon
- Flour: 2 cups
- Baking soda: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Cocoa: 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate chips: 1/4 cup
How to prepare
- Beat the butter in a bowl, using an electric mixer.
- Add the vanilla, eggs, white and brown sugar and mix well.
- Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and chocolate chips to the mixture, and mix the ingredients well until you have a cohesive mixture.
- Shape the cookie dough into medium-sized pieces and place them on an oven tray lined with butter paper.
- Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are cooked.
- Leave the cookies to cool well and then serve.
