Ingredients

  • Sugar: half a cup
  • Cocoa: 1/4 cup (raw)
  • Milk: half a cup (liquid)
  • Powdered milk: half a cup
  • Butter: a tablespoon
  • Cream: a tablespoon




How to prepare

  • Put the sugar, cocoa, and liquid milk in a pan over a medium heat, and stir the ingredients well until it boils.


  • Turn off the heat to the mixture, and raise the pan, then add the butter, and stir well with the mixture until it melts.


  • Add the powdered milk to the mixture, stirring constantly, until the ingredients are homogeneous.


  • Add the cream and stir well until you get the desired sauce consistency.


  • Keep the sauce in the refrigerator until use.
