Ingredients
- Peas: a cup
- Carrots: a cup (cut into cubes)
- Potatoes: a cup (cut into cubes)
- Mayonnaise: a cup
- Salt: a pinch
- Black pepper: a pinch
How to prepare
- In a pot of water, boil vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables and wash them with cold water.
- Put the vegetables in a bowl and add mayonnaise to them.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients well until combined.
- Put the salad in the refrigerator and then serve it cold.
