Vegetable yogurt salad
Ingredients
- Cucumber: 2 tablets (cut into cubes)
- Green bell pepper: 1 piece (cut into cubes)
- Onion: a teaspoon
- Garlic: clove (crushed)
- Salt: a pinch
- Potato: 1 piece (large size / boiled and cubed)
- Yogurt: 2 cups
How to prepare
- In a mixing bowl, put the potatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the yogurt with a pinch of salt and garlic, and add the mixture to the vegetables.
- Mix the vegetables with the milk well, pour the salad into a serving dish and serve cold.
