Vegetable yogurt salad

 




Ingredients

  • Cucumber: 2 tablets (cut into cubes)
  • Green bell pepper: 1 piece (cut into cubes)
  • Onion: a teaspoon
  • Garlic: clove (crushed)
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Potato: 1 piece (large size / boiled and cubed)
  • Yogurt: 2 cups




How to prepare

  • In a mixing bowl, put the potatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions and mix well.


  • In another bowl, mix the yogurt with a pinch of salt and garlic, and add the mixture to the vegetables.


  • Mix the vegetables with the milk well, pour the salad into a serving dish and serve cold.
