Oven-baked chicken with herbs and lemon
Ingredients
- Chicken: chicken (cleaned and opened)
- Dried herbs: 1 teaspoon
- Parsley: 1 teaspoon (fresh and chopped)
- Lemon juice: a quarter of a cup
- Salt: a teaspoon
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Oregano: 1 teaspoon (dried)
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
How to prepare
- Mix lemon juice and olive oil in a plate.
- Add salt, dried herbs, parsley, black pepper and oregano and mix.
- Add the chicken and mix until covered with the seasoning, cover the dish and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
- Put the chicken in an oven dish, cover it with aluminum foil, and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for an hour and a quarter.
- Remove aluminum foil and red.
- Serve the chicken hot with salad or potatoes and vegetables, as desired.
