Oven-baked chicken with herbs and lemon

 








Ingredients

  • Chicken: chicken (cleaned and opened)
  • Dried herbs: 1 teaspoon
  • Parsley: 1 teaspoon (fresh and chopped)
  • Lemon juice: a quarter of a cup
  • Salt: a teaspoon
  • Black pepper: half a teaspoon
  • Oregano: 1 teaspoon (dried)
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons



How to prepare

  • Mix lemon juice and olive oil in a plate.

  • Add salt, dried herbs, parsley, black pepper and oregano and mix.

  • Add the chicken and mix until covered with the seasoning, cover the dish and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

  • Put the chicken in an oven dish, cover it with aluminum foil, and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for an hour and a quarter.

  • Remove aluminum foil and red.

  • Serve the chicken hot with salad or potatoes and vegetables, as desired.
