saffron milk

 



Ingredients

  • Milk: 2 cups (liquid)
  • Sugar: 2 teaspoons
  • Saffron: half a teaspoon (whiskers)





How to prepare

  • Pour the milk into a suitable saucepan, put the pot on the stove and leave it until it begins to boil.


  • Add the amount of saffron and sugar.


  • When the milk starts to boil completely, reduce the heat.


  • Allow the milk mixture to completely homogenize with the saffron and turn yellow.


  • Turn off the heat, raise the pot, then pour the milk into serving cups, and serve hot.
