Avocado salad with pasta and vegetables

 



Ingredients

  • Avocado: 1 piece (large size / diced)
  • Pasta: 1 package (boiled and drained)
  • Cherry tomatoes: ½ cup (chopped in halves)
  • Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup (grated)
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablet
  • Olive oil: a tablespoon
  • Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • Lettuce: 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Toast: a quarter cup (cubed and toasted)




How to prepare

  • Mix pasta with tomatoes, lettuce and avocado in a bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, toasted toast and my heart.
  • Spread Parmesan cheese on top of the plate and serve.
