Avocado salad with pasta and vegetables
Ingredients
- Avocado: 1 piece (large size / diced)
- Pasta: 1 package (boiled and drained)
- Cherry tomatoes: ½ cup (chopped in halves)
- Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup (grated)
- Lemon juice: 1 tablet
- Olive oil: a tablespoon
- Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Garlic powder: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Lettuce: 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Toast: a quarter cup (cubed and toasted)
How to prepare
- Mix pasta with tomatoes, lettuce and avocado in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, toasted toast and my heart.
- Spread Parmesan cheese on top of the plate and serve.
