Biscuit date dessert

 



Ingredients

  • Dates: 1 kilo (without the pits)
  •  Plain tea biscuits: 20 pieces
  • Butter: 2 cups
  • Cardamom: a teaspoon
  • Walnuts: a cup (crushed)




How to prepare

  • Place the dates and butter in a food processor and blend until combined.


  • Add the biscuits and cardamom and mix the ingredients until the mixture is sticky.


  • Empty the contents of the food processor bowl into a bowl.


  • Form equal size balls from the date mixture and place on a plate.


  • Dip the balls from all sides with crushed walnuts.


  • Place the date balls on a tray and cover with cling film.


  • Enter the tray into the refrigerator until the dessert is frozen.
