Biscuit date dessert
Ingredients
- Dates: 1 kilo (without the pits)
- Plain tea biscuits: 20 pieces
- Butter: 2 cups
- Cardamom: a teaspoon
- Walnuts: a cup (crushed)
How to prepare
- Place the dates and butter in a food processor and blend until combined.
- Add the biscuits and cardamom and mix the ingredients until the mixture is sticky.
- Empty the contents of the food processor bowl into a bowl.
- Form equal size balls from the date mixture and place on a plate.
- Dip the balls from all sides with crushed walnuts.
- Place the date balls on a tray and cover with cling film.
- Enter the tray into the refrigerator until the dessert is frozen.
