Koshary as much as one
Ingredients
- Tomatoes: a cup (squeezed with a very small portion of water)
- Tomato paste: a tablespoon
- Vinegar: a quarter of a cup
- Broth: 1 cube
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Sugar: half a teaspoon
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Dried coriander: half a teaspoon
- Paprika: half a teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: as needed
- Garlic: 6 cloves
- Hot Harissa Sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Onions: as desired
- Noodles: as desired
- Rice: as desired
- Cumin: as desired
- Lentils: as desired
- Macaroni: as desired
- Hummus: as desired
How to prepare
- Prepare a bowl and put the onions in a large amount of oil until you get a golden color.
- Separate the onions from the oil and place them on a clean tissue to drain the oil.
- In the rest of the oil in the bowl, put the vermicelli until it turns golden.
- Add the white rice to the vermicelli and keep stirring, adding the salt and cumin.
- Soak the lentils for 10 minutes, then boil them in a liter of water for 20 minutes, making sure they are close to maturity.

- Bring a small bowl and put the oil until it melts.
- Add garlic and stir well until golden.
- Add tomato juice, salt, pepper and cumin.
- Wait until the sauce is thickened and fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, put the oil and garlic and stir well.
- Wait until the garlic turns golden, then add the vinegar.
- Put the water, hot sauce, salt and cumin and wait until the mixture boils for one time only.
- Scoop the koshari into the dish in an even manner.
- Add as much pasta as desired.
- Add chickpeas and onions.
- Put the sauce on the face of the dish.
- Put the flour and hot sauce on the side dishes.
