Charcoal grilled meat for diet

 



Ingredients

  • Meat: 750 grams (cut into cubes)
  • Olive oil: a quarter of a cup
  • Worcestershire sauce: ¼ cup
  • Yogurt: a bottle
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: a teaspoon
  • Mustard: a tablespoon
  • Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
  • Black pepper: 2 teaspoons




How to prepare

  • Put the oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice and yogurt in a bowl.


  • Add mustard, garlic and flavor with black pepper.


  • Mix the ingredients well until they overlap.


  • Put the meat cubes in a plastic bag and add the marinade.


  • Close the bag tightly and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.


  • Put the meat on grill skewers and grill it on charcoal and serve hot.
