Charcoal grilled meat for diet
Ingredients
- Meat: 750 grams (cut into cubes)
- Olive oil: a quarter of a cup
- Worcestershire sauce: ¼ cup
- Yogurt: a bottle
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: a teaspoon
- Mustard: a tablespoon
- Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
- Black pepper: 2 teaspoons
How to prepare
- Put the oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice and yogurt in a bowl.
- Add mustard, garlic and flavor with black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients well until they overlap.
- Put the meat cubes in a plastic bag and add the marinade.
- Close the bag tightly and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Put the meat on grill skewers and grill it on charcoal and serve hot.
