Chicken with vegetables in the oven for dieting

 



Ingredients

  • Chicken breast: 2 breasts (large size / boneless, cubed)
  • Red pepper: 1 piece (cut into cubes)
  • Green pepper: 1 piece (cut into cubes)
  • Yellow pepper: 1 piece (cut into cubes)
  • Red onion: half a grain (small and diced)
  • Zucchini: 1 piece (medium, cubed)
  • Broccoli: cup (flowers)
  • Tomato: a cup (cut in half)
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: half a teaspoon
  • Black pepper: half a teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning: 2 teaspoons
  • Chicken seasoning: 2 teaspoons (French seasoning)




How to prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit, then spray a large baking tray with oil.
  • Place the chicken and vegetables in the prepared baking tray.
  • Add olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and French seasoning.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables change color and chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve hot with white rice or toasted bread.
