Ingredients
- Corn: can (washed and drained)
- Red kidney beans: can (washed and drained)
- Yogurt: half a cup
- Mayonnaise: a tablespoon
- Celery: 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
- Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Parsley: a tablespoon (chopped)
How to prepare
- Put the corn and red beans in a plate and add the celery, salt and parsley.
- Add mayonnaise and yogurt, stir and serve immediately.
