Dates stuffed with nuts and covered with dark chocolate

 



Ingredients

  • Dates: 25 tablets (without pits)
  • Almonds: 25 grains (roasted/salted)
  • Hazelnut: 25 pieces (roasted/salted)
  • Chocolate: as needed (dark)
  • Coconut oil: a tablespoon




How to prepare

  • Start by inserting two almonds and hazelnuts into each date, securing them with a toothpick and setting them aside on a parchment paper.


  • Melt the dark chocolate and the coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.


  • Dip each piece of stuffed dates in the chocolate mixture until it is completely covered, you can also use a fork.


  • Allow the remaining chocolate to drip back into the saucepan.


  •  Transfer it to butter paper to dry.


  • To decorate, sprinkle coconut flakes on top.


  • Put it in the freezer for 15 minutes (or the refrigerator for 25 minutes), and remove the toothpicks.
