Dates stuffed with nuts and covered with dark chocolate
Ingredients
- Dates: 25 tablets (without pits)
- Almonds: 25 grains (roasted/salted)
- Hazelnut: 25 pieces (roasted/salted)
- Chocolate: as needed (dark)
- Coconut oil: a tablespoon
How to prepare
- Start by inserting two almonds and hazelnuts into each date, securing them with a toothpick and setting them aside on a parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and the coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Dip each piece of stuffed dates in the chocolate mixture until it is completely covered, you can also use a fork.
- Allow the remaining chocolate to drip back into the saucepan.
- Transfer it to butter paper to dry.
- To decorate, sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
- Put it in the freezer for 15 minutes (or the refrigerator for 25 minutes), and remove the toothpicks.
