Ingredients
For packing:
- eggs: a cup
- rusk: a cup
- Potatoes: 1 kilo (boiled)
- Eggs: 2 tablets
- Butter: a quarter cup
- Salt: a tablespoon
- Black pepper: a teaspoon
How to prepare
- Put the boiled potatoes in a food processor, add butter, salt and black pepper and mix.
- Put the mixture in a pastry bag and form fingers from the mixture and put them in the freezer until frozen.
- Cover the fingers with flour, eggs and rusk, then fry the fingers.
