Kofta Potato Fingers

 



Ingredients

For packing:

  • eggs: a cup
  • rusk: a cup


  • Potatoes: 1 kilo (boiled)
  • Eggs: 2 tablets
  • Butter: a quarter cup
  • Salt: a tablespoon
  • Black pepper: a teaspoon




How to prepare

  • Put the boiled potatoes in a food processor, add butter, salt and black pepper and mix.


  • Put the mixture in a pastry bag and form fingers from the mixture and put them in the freezer until frozen.


  • Cover the fingers with flour, eggs and rusk, then fry the fingers.
