Lebanon nights with biscuits and chocolate

 



Ingredients

  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Semolina: half a cup
  • Sugar: a quarter of a cup
  • Vanilla: a teaspoon
  • Biscuits: 8 pieces
  • Milk: a quarter of a cup
  • Cream: can
  • Nutella chocolate: 1/4 cup
  • Pistachio: as desired (for garnish)




How to prepare

  • Mix the milk, semolina and sugar in a saucepan over the fire, and stir until the mixture begins to thicken.


  • Add vanilla and stir.


  • Put the mixture in a Pyrex dish.


  • Dip the biscuits in milk and place a layer on top of the Lebanon Nights layer.


  • Mix the cream and Nutella until the mixture becomes creamy, and spread the mixture over the biscuits, and put the dish in the refrigerator and serve it cold.
