Easy Chocolate Biscuits
Ingredients
- Flour: 2 cups
- Chocolate: a cup (melted / or can be purchased ready-made)
- Eggs: 3 grains
- Butter: 4 tablespoons (melted)
- Vanilla: a teaspoon
- Salt: a pinch (optional)
- Oil: a little (to grease the hands so that the dough does not stick to the rolling pin during the extension)
- Chocolate: a cup (chopped)
How to prepare
- Beat the melted chocolate with the eggs, vanilla and butter, add the salt and mix the ingredients until they are homogeneous with each other. Then add the flour gradually, until we have a smooth and soft dough.
- The dough can stick to the hands, this is normal, then we leave it for a quarter of an hour to rest after wrapping it with nylon.
- The dough is stretched with a wooden rolling pin, and then we define it with the molds we want. So that we have half of the biscuits on the baking tray.
- Put the tray into the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then take out the biscuits and leave to cool. You will notice that it tastes between biscuits and petitfour.
