Chicken with broccoli and soy sauce for diet


 


Ingredients

  • Chicken breast: half a kilo (fillet cut)
  • Salt: half a teaspoon
  • Soy sauce: a cup
  • Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • Sesame: 2 teaspoons
  • Ginger: a teaspoon
  • Honey: a quarter of a cup
  • Garlic: clove (chopped)
  • Broccoli: cup (chopped)
  • Vegetable oil: 2 teaspoons


How to prepare

  • Heat a non-stick frying pan on the stove, put the vegetable oil, add the chicken fillet and fry until done, then season with salt and black pepper.


  • In a deep dish, mix soy sauce with honey, ginger, sesame and garlic, and add the mixture over the chicken in the pan.


  • Add the broccoli to the ingredients, cover the skillet for 5 minutes, until the broccoli is soft.
  • Serve it hot in a serving dish.
