Chicken with broccoli and soy sauce for diet
Ingredients
- Chicken breast: half a kilo (fillet cut)
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Soy sauce: a cup
- Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Sesame: 2 teaspoons
- Ginger: a teaspoon
- Honey: a quarter of a cup
- Garlic: clove (chopped)
- Broccoli: cup (chopped)
- Vegetable oil: 2 teaspoons
How to prepare
- Heat a non-stick frying pan on the stove, put the vegetable oil, add the chicken fillet and fry until done, then season with salt and black pepper.
- In a deep dish, mix soy sauce with honey, ginger, sesame and garlic, and add the mixture over the chicken in the pan.
- Add the broccoli to the ingredients, cover the skillet for 5 minutes, until the broccoli is soft.
- Serve it hot in a serving dish.
