Crispy Cinnabon Roll


 


Ingredients

Cinnabon dough:

  • Milk: a cup and a quarter (warm)
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Yeast: a tablespoon
  • Eggs: 1 piece
  • Cream: baguette (powder)
  • Butter: half a stick (melted)
  • Flour: 3 cups


Cinnabon filling:

  • Butter: 2 tablespoons (soft at room temperature)
  • Brown sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons


Decoration:

  • Sweetened condensed milk : 1 can



How to prepare

  • How to make Cinnabon dough: Put milk, sugar, yeast, eggs, powdered cream and butter in a bowl, mix and add flour and knead to form a homogeneous dough, set aside, cover and leave for an hour to ferment.


  • Roll out the dough with a pinch of flour in the shape of a rectangle and cut the edges.


  • Grease it with butter and distribute sugar and cinnamon.


  • From the side, start rolling the end of the dough over the filling in the form of a roll, and cut it after completion into equal-sized pieces.


  • Put the pieces on a tray lined with parchment paper and put them in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.


  • Garnish with Cinnabon sweetened condensed milk, if desired.
