Ingredients
Cinnabon dough:
- Milk: a cup and a quarter (warm)
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Yeast: a tablespoon
- Eggs: 1 piece
- Cream: baguette (powder)
- Butter: half a stick (melted)
- Flour: 3 cups
Cinnabon filling:
- Butter: 2 tablespoons (soft at room temperature)
- Brown sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
Decoration:
- Sweetened condensed milk : 1 can
How to prepare
- How to make Cinnabon dough: Put milk, sugar, yeast, eggs, powdered cream and butter in a bowl, mix and add flour and knead to form a homogeneous dough, set aside, cover and leave for an hour to ferment.
- Roll out the dough with a pinch of flour in the shape of a rectangle and cut the edges.
- Grease it with butter and distribute sugar and cinnamon.
- From the side, start rolling the end of the dough over the filling in the form of a roll, and cut it after completion into equal-sized pieces.
- Put the pieces on a tray lined with parchment paper and put them in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Garnish with Cinnabon sweetened condensed milk, if desired.
