Ingredients

  • Baking powder: a tablespoon
  • Sugar: 2 teaspoons
  • Eggs: 2 tablets
  • Butter: 30 grams (melted)
  • Milk: 300 milliliters (liquid)
  • Flour: a cup and a half



How to prepare

  • Prepare a mixing bowl, put the flour, sugar and baking powder in it, and mix the ingredients until they are distributed together.


  • Add the beaten eggs, melted butter, liquid milk to the ingredients and mix until smooth.

  • Heat a non-stick frying pan and grease it with a little butter.


  • Put a portion of the pancake batter in the pan and leave it for a few minutes until it is cooked, then flip it over on the other side and leave it until it is done.


  • Repeat the step until you finish the quantity.


Decorate the pancake as desired and serve
