Muammar rice with meat

 



Ingredients

  • Egyptian rice: 1 kilo
  • Minced meat: half a kilo
  • Onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • Milk: a cup
  • Water: 4 cups
  • Cream: 2 tablespoons
  • Butter: a tablespoon
  • Cinnamon: a teaspoon
  • Ginger: a teaspoon
  • Meat seasoning: a teaspoon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper to taste



How to prepare

  • Fry the minced meat with chopped onions in butter on the fire.


  • Add salt, black pepper, fine cinnamon, powdered ginger and spices.


  • Put the ingredients in the casserole, then add the rice.


  • Add the cream, milk and an amount of water to suit the amount of liquid. The rice is cooked.


  • Put the tajine in the oven until fully cooked, then serve.
