Potato tray with sauce and chicken in the oven
Ingredients
- To season the chicken:
- Onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Paprika: a teaspoon
- Potatoes: 4 pieces (medium, cut into rings)
- Chicken: chicken (whole, cleaned, cut into quarters)
- Onions: 1 piece (large size / sliced into rings)
- Tomato juice: 2 cups
- Chicken broth: a cup
- Olive oil: a tablespoon
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper to taste
How to prepare
- In a medium bowl, mix the chicken seasoning ingredients, then cover the whole chicken with it, inserting the marinade between the chicken skin and meat, and leave for 3 hours.
- In a medium tray for the oven, arrange the potato rings and season with salt and black pepper, and stack the onion rings.
- Pour chicken broth, then tomato juice.
- Close the tray with aluminum foil and put in a preheated oven for about an hour.
- Remove the aluminum foil and put the tray back on the grill until the top turns red and gets a dark golden color.
- Chinese feet with vermicelli rice.
