sausage pie

 



Ingredients

  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Onion: 1 piece (coarse grated)
  • Sausage: 6 pieces
  • Carrots: 1 piece (coarsely grated)
  • Zucchini: 2 tablets (coarsely grated)
  • Mozzarella cheese: a cup
  • Flour: half a cup
  • Milk: a cup and a half
  • Eggs: 3 grains
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - Black pepper to taste





How to prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and grease an oven tray.


  • Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan, then add the onions and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes until soft.


  • Add the sausage to the skillet and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until fully cooked.


  • Set the sausages aside for 5 minutes, until completely cooled.


  • My heart sausages and onions with carrots, zucchini and cheese.


  • Mix the flour and milk until the mixture is smooth, add the eggs, salt and pepper and continue to beat until the mixture becomes homogeneous.


  • Pour the mixture into the baking tray and place a layer of the mixture on top of the dough.


  • Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or until fully cooked.


  • Once done, leave the pie for 5 minutes to cool down, then serve hot.
