sausage pie
Ingredients
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 piece (coarse grated)
- Sausage: 6 pieces
- Carrots: 1 piece (coarsely grated)
- Zucchini: 2 tablets (coarsely grated)
- Mozzarella cheese: a cup
- Flour: half a cup
- Milk: a cup and a half
- Eggs: 3 grains
- - Salt, to taste
- - Black pepper to taste
How to prepare
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and grease an oven tray.
- Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan, then add the onions and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes until soft.
- Add the sausage to the skillet and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until fully cooked.
- Set the sausages aside for 5 minutes, until completely cooled.
- My heart sausages and onions with carrots, zucchini and cheese.
- Mix the flour and milk until the mixture is smooth, add the eggs, salt and pepper and continue to beat until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tray and place a layer of the mixture on top of the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Once done, leave the pie for 5 minutes to cool down, then serve hot.
