Okra Diet Casserole
Ingredients
- Okra: 300 grams (cleaned/washed)
- Tomato: a cup (chopped)
- Olive oil: a tablespoon
- Onion: half a grain (chopped)
- Garlic: clove (chopped)
- Hot pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- Salt: as needed
- Black pepper: as needed
How to prepare
- In a saucepan over the fire, heat the olive oil, and fry the onions until they wilt.
- Add garlic, stirring, until its aroma appears.
- Pour the tomatoes, let it boil, then add the okra, and reduce the heat, until the okra is near maturity.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Transfer the okra to an earthenware casserole, and then enter the oven until the face is browned.
- Serve hot.
