Okra Diet Casserole


 



Ingredients

  • Okra: 300 grams (cleaned/washed)
  • Tomato: a cup (chopped)
  • Olive oil: a tablespoon
  • Onion: half a grain (chopped)
  • Garlic: clove (chopped)
  • Hot pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
  • Salt: as needed
  • Black pepper: as needed






How to prepare

  • In a saucepan over the fire, heat the olive oil, and fry the onions until they wilt.
  • Add garlic, stirring, until its aroma appears.
  • Pour the tomatoes, let it boil, then add the okra, and reduce the heat, until the okra is near maturity.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Transfer the okra to an earthenware casserole, and then enter the oven until the face is browned.
  • Serve hot.
