Milk with ginger and honey

 




Ingredients

  • Saffron threads: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • Honey: as desired
  • Ginger: one and a half tablespoons (crushed)
  • Milk: a liter (liquid)




How to prepare

  • In a jug or a suitable saucepan, pour the milk, add ginger, saffron, and honey, and mix the ingredients well.


  • Raise the jug on a quiet fire until it gets hot.


  • Pour the milk into serving cups and serve hot.
