Pancake without milk

 




Ingredients

  • Sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Baking powder: coated
  • Flour: a cup
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons




How to prepare

  • In an electric mixer, put the sugar, baking powder, flour, salt and butter.


  • Mix the ingredients well until combined.


  • Leave the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.


  • Heat a non-stick frying pan and grease it with a little oil or butter.


  • Take about a coffee cup full of cake batter and pour it into the pan.


  • Leave the pancake piece cooked from the bottom and then flip it on the other side until it is cooked as well.


  • Repeat the process to finish all the mixture.


  • Put two or three pieces of pancake on top of each other.


  • Decorate as desired with fruit, chocolate or butter.
