Ingredients
- Short-grain rice: 1/3 cup
- Milk: 2 cups (low fat)
- Honey: a tablespoon
- Orange peel: 1 teaspoon (grated)
- Dried apricots: ¼ cup (chopped)
- Raisins: a quarter of a cup
- Nutmeg: a pinch
How to prepare
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except nutmeg.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven tray or heat bottle cups.
- Sprinkle the nutmeg on top and bake for an hour until the rice has absorbed most of the liquid.
Serve hot or cold.
