  • Drizzle with a little oil spray and season with salt, black pepper, red pepper, cinnamon, white pepper, cumin and coriander.


  • Stir until well combined, then leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.


  • Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in a skillet over medium heat.


  • Stir from time to time until the ingredients are soft.


  • Serve hot with pita bread.
