Ingredients
To decorate:
- Fruit: as desired (fresh)
- Maple syrup: to taste
- Flour: a cup and a half (sifted)
- Baking powder: 3 teaspoons
- Salt: a teaspoon
- Sugar: a tablespoon
- Milk: a cup and a quarter (liquid)
- Eggs: 1 piece
- Butter: 3 tablespoons (melted)
How to prepare
- Put the sifted flour in a mixing bowl, then add the sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Make a hole in the center of the ingredients, and add the melted butter, milk, and an egg.
- Mix the ingredients well until combined.
- Use a wide non-stick frying pan, put it on a medium heat, take a ladle of pancake batter and fry it on both sides until browned.
- Repeat the previous step until you run out of quantity.
- Put the pancakes on serving plates, and garnish with maple syrup, and fresh fruit, if desired.
